AgroZ Aroma Bag

AgroZ® Aroma Bag is an ultra-hermetic storage bag developed by A to Z Textile Mills Ltd. through its R&D wing, the Africa Technical Research Centre (ATRC) in order to preserve coffee aroma even during long storage prior to roasting.

AgroZ® Aroma Bag is a co-extruded multilayer hermetic liner bag composed of polyethylene-based polymers and low permeability barrier layers preventing the passage of gases such as oxygen, carbon dioxide and water vapour. Its specifications are presented below. It is designed to be used inside a jute bag to provide protection and strength during handling and transportation.

This liner bag should be used only with green coffee dried to the recommended moisture level (8-12.5%).

AgroZ® Aroma Bag is strictly used for the storage of green coffee for the preservation of its aroma

AgroZ® Aroma Bag is a hermetic storage bag. Once filled with well dried coffee beans and properly closed with a cable tie, it acts as a strong barrier to oxygen and ambient humidity. In this way it prevents deterioration (through oxidation) of the coffee beans and maintains both the bean quality and aroma.

AgroZ® Aroma Bag is safe. It does not contain any insecticide and can be considered as an organic solution.
