AgroZ® Coffee Drying Nets are UV treated and open weaved to allow movement of air on both sides, which speeds up the drying process uniformly.
By allowing for air flow, the drying net prevents oxidation, over fermentation and heat accumulation that could generate volatile, odorant compounds that can impact the coffee aroma negatively. The coffee drying nets are used with drying racks, where the coffee beans are exposed under the sun for up to two weeks for efficient drying. It’s also important to use the coffee drying sheets so as to avoid the development of undesirable taints and moulds in coffee which would affect the coffee’s quality.
